Maya Vinic
In February 2005, three Development and Peace members visited the Maya Vinic coffee cooperative in Chiapas, Mexico on a Solidarity Harvest visit. They stayed with a family and picked coffee and played with the children. It was an amazing experience. Maya Vinic is certified as a Fair Trade Cooperative by the Fair Trade Labelling Organization (FLO), an international certification body. One of our roasters, Bean North, buys from Maya Vinic.
